Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards across all retail stores (PAN India)
• Create visually compelling product displays aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
• Collaborate closely with store teams to ensure timely and accurate VM execution
• Plan and update store layouts in line with promotions, launches, and business needs
• Oversee multiple store projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Conduct regular store visits for VM setup, audits, and performance improvements
• Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all store formats

Skills & Requirements

• Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail design
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail and luxury presentation
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and timelines efficiently
• High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively
• Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail is highly preferred
