Operation Executive
Job Description:
Operations Executive is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day execution of orders from the logistics purview. He is responsible for executing the pickups of the goods from the Source and drops to the
destination, maintaining the operations metrics
- Understanding the nuances of the category
- Ensuring correct vehicle placements
- Ensuring TAT/ SLAs for the deliveries
- Ensuring Customer Experience from a logistics perspective
- Ensuring LR/ POD adherence
- Tracking all the orders for the city
- Maintaining the operations metrics
- Insurance as and when required
- Any Bachelor’s Degree person with 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Managed different vendors, and understands the nuances of the industry
- Has a good understanding of MS Excel
- Understand and can make different reports as per the requirement
