Job Description:

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in specific industries or verticals that align with our solution's value proposition.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the benefits of our B2B payments solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and sales strategies.
  • Articulate the technical and business value of our solutions, addressing customer questions and objections.
  • Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and forecasting sales activities.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale, fostering a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.

Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in fintech company or product startup.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
