Deputy Manager/ Manager( B2B Sales - Steel)
Job Description:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
• Acquiring high-quality influencers and enabling the generation of the set targeted revenue
• Develop a deep understanding of the influencers/customers in the region/state and deliver high-quality traffic to the Omni channel platform
• Creating detailed profiles leading to sub-segments within the pool, enabling a customized engagement approach for each sub-segment
• Provide insights/ inputs into the development of digital/online marketing programs to drive higher brand awareness through increased traffic and customer engagement
• Ensuring that the influencers/client information is maintained and updated in platform systems/ CRM
• Ensuring high influencer/customer retention through customer service and relationship
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:
• 3+ Years of influencer-led sales experience, preferably in the home building material/services sector (e.g. steel/cement/paints)
• 3+ years of operational experience in a B2B (Business-to-Business) process of any E-commerce and/or retail organization
• Prior experience within an Omni channel retail environment is a plus
• Local Language Skills: Telugu would be preferred
• Experience meeting customer needs and building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for satisfaction and loyalty
