Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and achieving sales targets |  Focus Fin Tubes. 
  • 2Achieve Monthly Collection Targets  
  • Identify & Develop new customers in Domestic & International market  
  • Coordinate with Plant for Order Fulfillment  
  • Regular visits to existing customers  
  • Ensuring resolution of client complaints, queries and issues within defined TATs 
  • Conducting Daily Sales Review Meeting  
  • Coordinate with MIS Executive for generation of daily | Weekly | Monthly reports 
  • Responsible for getting orders from  – Monthly Customers . 
  • Representing Sales Department in daily Operations Meeting  
  • Participating in exhibitions or any marketing events as direct by the management. 

 

Requisite Skills: 

  • Proven experience of 5 – 8 years as Sales Manager  
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting 
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products by focusing on client 
  • requirements. 
  • Working knowledge of CRM / ERP 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office 

 

Desired Skills:

  • Good Verbal & Written communication. 
  • Negotiating and Interpersonal skills 
  • Result oriented, self-starter, with a winning attitude

 

Education: 

  • Graduate/PGDBM – Sales & marketing
