Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Planning and achieving sales targets | Focus Fin Tubes.
- 2Achieve Monthly Collection Targets
- Identify & Develop new customers in Domestic & International market
- Coordinate with Plant for Order Fulfillment
- Regular visits to existing customers
- Ensuring resolution of client complaints, queries and issues within defined TATs
- Conducting Daily Sales Review Meeting
- Coordinate with MIS Executive for generation of daily | Weekly | Monthly reports
- Responsible for getting orders from – Monthly Customers .
- Representing Sales Department in daily Operations Meeting
- Participating in exhibitions or any marketing events as direct by the management.
Requisite Skills:
- Proven experience of 5 – 8 years as Sales Manager
- Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products by focusing on client
- requirements.
- Working knowledge of CRM / ERP
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Desired Skills:
- Good Verbal & Written communication.
- Negotiating and Interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, self-starter, with a winning attitude
Education:
- Graduate/PGDBM – Sales & marketing
