Job Description:

The candidate would be in charge of managing construction solutions and serving as a one-stop shop for people/customers looking to build their dream homes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers find products, providing information, and assisting with enquiries.
  • Having a good understanding of the products or services provided to customers.
  • Recommending additional products or services that complement the customer's needs.
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues and ensuring them.
  • Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target).
  • Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
  • Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation.
  • Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM.
  • Assist customers through their credit application journey.

 QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

  • Background in the real estate and interior industries preferred.
  • Engineer/MBA
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and driven
  • Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
  • Must have :
    • Driving license (2 wheeler): candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work
    • Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.
