Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end closures, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP experience and a solid understanding of accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing activities and ensure timely reporting
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules
- Provide audit support and coordinate with auditors
- Handle payroll accounting, fixed assets, and treasury functions
- Manage bank payments and reconciliations
- Ensure GST compliance and accurate filings
- Oversee intercompany invoicing and reconciliations
- Work on ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Dynamics preferred)
- Exposure to IND AS / IFRS is an advantage
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
