Job Description:

_{Functions / Job Description:}

1	CNC Machine Maintenance (HMC, HBM, VMC, CNC Turning, Welding)
2	Planning and managing all repair and installation machines activities.
3	Creating and implementing maintenance procedures and maintain MTTR and MTBF
4	Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
5	Reduction of break down hours / Preventive & predictive Maintenance
6	Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
7	Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates and Maintaining equipment history cards & asset register
8	Implement safety standards and procedures.
9	Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports
10	Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

_{Qualifications / Experience / Skills - Minimum:}

_{DME / DEE with 8 to 10 years of experience in similar field.}

_{Qualifications / Experience / Skills (Preferred):}

_{DME / DEE with 8 to 10 years of experience in Machine shop maintenance, CNC,HMC, PLC, SPM, utilities and Electrical network.}

_Experience:

_{1.FANUC CNC Controller / SIEMENS 840 D SL.}

_{2.Industrial Hydraulics / Pneumatics.}

_{3.Mechnaical assemblies like Spindle, Ball Screw etc.}

_{4. Machine Geometry.}

_{Personality Attributes / Traits:}

_{1.Team leader. Should lead from front.}

_{2. Good communication skill.}

_{3. Coordination with all stakeholders.}
