As a Lasernet Functional Specialist, you will implement and configure the Lasernet solution within the organization's IT infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration of the Lasernet software.

Your expertise in document management and business process automation will be essential in optimizing the organization's document generation and distribution processes.

The role could be based anywhere in Europe, either from one of our global sites or remotely. The role will require you to travel internationally at times.

 

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand their document management requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Lasernet configuration.
  • Conduct workshops and gather business process information to design and configure Lasernet templates for document generation, including invoices, purchase orders, sales contracts, and other business documents.
  • Customize and configure the Lasernet software to meet specific business needs, such as data mapping, document formatting, dynamic content insertion, and workflow automation.
  • Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration of Lasernet with existing systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during the testing and validation of Lasernet functionality, tackle any issues that arise and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure successful implementation of Lasernet within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable end-users to optimally use the Lasernet software and its functionalities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Lasernet product updates, enhancements, and new features, and assess their applicability to the organization's business processes.
  • Assist in the identification of opportunities for process improvement and automation within document management and related business processes.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Your academic background includes a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Any relevant certifications in Lasernet or document management solutions are seen as advantageous.
  • With 3- years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst, your focus on document management and business process automation is evident. You possess a good understanding of Lasernet software and its capabilities, covering template design, data integration, and workflow automation. Familiarity with document management concepts, such as document lifecycle, version control, and document security, is part of your expertise.
  • Your practical experience extends to configuring and integrating Lasernet with enterprise systems, such as ERP or CRM solutions, including Dynamics 365, SAP, and Salesforce. You're proficient in capturing and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and translating those requirements into functional specifications. This ability is complemented by your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, which are instrumental in identifying process inefficiencies and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • You are comfortable working independently and taking on significant responsibilities. Adaptability is your strong suit, enabling you to work effectively in a remote situation.
