Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Tax and Regulatory Project Management Associate to join our Special Project Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in tax and regulatory advisory services and possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. This role involves understanding the manufacturing process across industries to develop strategies and execute projects successfully, focusing on securing government incentives from various state and central governments.

a. Business Research:

  • Conduct detailed research on incentive schemes offered by Central and State Governments under industrial policies, and stay updated on relevant guidelines and regulations.
  • Evaluate new schemes to define target products and clients.
  • Conduct market studies to understand scheme objectives and goals within relevant industries.
  • Keep the team informed of relevant notifications, news articles, and government regulations.
  • Prepare materials such as flyers, news alerts, and reports on new or updated schemes.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for industry forums and professional communities.
  • Analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods for valid market research.


b. Client & Project Management:

  • Demonstrate critical analysis skills and handle interactions with client teams for smooth project implementation.
  • Prepare proposals for target clients and identify opportunities for existing clients.
  • Assist in various workings such as computation of incentives and project feasibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports such as Detailed Project Reports and management representations.
  • Evaluate client eligibility under schemes from financial and regulatory perspectives.
  • Identify and address risk areas for clients and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Manage client folders and scheme-related documents, both digitally and physically.
  • Collect feedback from clients and relevant personnel to maintain high-quality service


Minimum Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.

The company is into providing project management advisory for corporates and specifically, advising them  under the Production Linked Incentive(PLI) schemes on end to end basis to support their expansion plans. The company  assist corporates to unleash the best of potential from the available government schemes including Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, other central government schemes, and state incentive schemes; providing end-to-end assistance spanning across application filing to receival of incentives.

Working Days - Mon- Sat (2nd and 4th Saturday is Off)

Working Shift Timing – 9.30am to 6.30pm officially.  (working hours may extend due to deadline driven assignments)

Leave Policy – 20 EL, 6- SL , 2- Flexi leave
