Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home loans from the open market and various channels.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, builders, and contractors to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Organize loan events and activities to drive lead-generation efforts.
• Address product queries and handle service issues promptly.
• Ensure the attainment of assigned business targets.
• Willingness to travel, conduct visits, and verify business portfolios as necessary within the designated area.
• Conduct client meetings, verify documents, process loan applications, and coordinate with sanction/disbursement teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the loan process.

Qualification

• 12th Pass/ Any Graduate
