Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market penetration and increase sales revenue within the assigned territory.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand reputation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry regulations, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, customer meetings, and industry events to demonstrate effective sales techniques and build credibility with clients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to support the professional growth and development of the sales team members.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales within the Edtech, School, or E-learning industry.
- Possess a personal laptop for work-related tasks, including presentations, communication, and data management.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must know about B2B Sales.
