Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented sales coordinator to join our team. The sales coordinator will be responsible for managing customer queries, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring seamless product management and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory and logistics to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Prepare and provide quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Follow up on orders to track their progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention.
• Sales Coordination of Electrical/ Automation/ and allied products.

Requirements:

• B.Tech /Diploma in  Electrical Engineering degree Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer interaction role.
• Proficiency in MS Office – word/xl and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of product management and logistics processes is preferred.
