Position Overview: As a Manager Consulting, you will be responsible for independently finalizing books, including audit, GST, IT, and other related activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and optimizing processes within our ERP environment. Additionally, you will be instrumental in managing inventory effectively, providing insightful data analysis, and supporting monthly closure activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently finalize books, including audit, GST, IT, and other relevant areas.
- Work within an ERP environment, demonstrating proficiency in systems other than Tally.
- Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management and control to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills along with BI tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, providing actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including professional email correspondence.
- Foster a solution-oriented mindset, proactively addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Display maturity in approach and decision-making, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Exhibit a learning attitude, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Lead a small team of 2–3 individuals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Participate in the recruitment process for junior roles, identifying and selecting top talent.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3–4 years in a manufacturing industry with a turnover exceeding 25 crores.
- Residing in Ahmedabad is preferred.
- Advance Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in email writing.
- Ability to work well with others and possess a people-oriented approach.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Mature attitude towards work and colleagues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
