As a Digital & BTL (Below-The-Line) Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital and BTL marketing strategies. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth through innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
    • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research, manage SEO/SEM efforts, and optimize website content for search engines.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on ROI and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital content.
  2. BTL Marketing:

    • Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as events, trade shows, product launches, in-store promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of BTL campaigns.
    • Develop creative concepts and materials for BTL marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities for BTL marketing efforts.
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, creating compelling marketing messages.
    • Coordinate with the customer service team to address customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
  4. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget for digital and BTL activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and BTL marketing, preferably in [insert industry].
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and BTL initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
