Job Description:

Role Overview: The Corporate Sales Manager - Offline Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth through traditional marketing channels and developing strategic sales plans to acquire corporate clients. This role involves visiting nearby hospitals and forming strategic partnerships with corporate offices to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on offline marketing channels to achieve corporate sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
    • Set sales targets, KPIs, and budgets, and monitor performance against these goals.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
    • Understand clients' business needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
  4. Offline Marketing Initiatives:

    • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns such as print advertisements, trade shows, events, direct mail, and sponsorships.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Visit nearby hospitals and corporate offices to establish partnerships and promote our products/services. 
  5. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flow.
  6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales and offline marketing
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel locally to visit hospitals and corporate offices.
