Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the B2C market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and skill development.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Implement and maintain effective CRM practices and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 3 to 4 yrs. of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a B2C environment.
- Relevant experience (solar) min 1 yr.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Team Management - Min up to 25 members
