IT Automation and Workflow Specialist (Odoo)

Job Description:

IT Automation Tasks:

Develop and implement IT automation strategies to streamline business processes.

Identify repetitive tasks and create automated solutions using tools like Odoo and Google Sheet App Scripting.

Integrate and automate data-driven processes across various platforms.

Monitor and maintain automated systems to ensure they function correctly.

Odoo-related Tasks:

Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the company.

Integrate Odoo with other business systems, including Google Sheets.

Provide training and support to team members on using Odoo effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Odoo.

Workflow Management:

Design and implement efficient workflows to optimize business operations.

Use tools like Google Sheets for workflow management and automation.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflow needs and develop solutions accordingly.

Ensure workflows are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Excel Data and Graphs:

Create and manage Excel sheets to analyze data and generate insightful graphs.

Utilize Excel for data-driven decision-making and reporting.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in Excel sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of experience

Proficiency in Odoo ERP system customization and integration.

Strong skills in Excel, including data analysis and graph creation.

Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.

Familiarity with cloud computing and IT infrastructure management.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the solar industry or a related field.

Knowledge of Google Sheets and App Scripting for automation.
