Job Description:

Job Title: Head of Human Resources - Mutual FundLocation: Bengaluru

Experience Level: 5-7 years in HR, preferably within the Asset Management or Mutual Fund industry.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Proven experience in HR management, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including campus recruitment and collaboration with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment—partner with leadership to identify engagement drivers and analyze data to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and development plans.
  • Compensation Planning: Manage the annual compensation planning process, including salary reviews and incentive programs. Analyze salary data to make informed recommendations.
  • HR Strategy Development: Recognize organizational objectives and adjust HR processes accordingly. Collaborate with the HR team to analyze trends and create effective HR policies.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices. Maintain a thorough understanding of employment laws and organizational policies.
