Job Description:

 We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced inside sales manager to manage sales operations at our Kasindra Sales Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and will be responsible for attending to visitor inquiries, explaining project details, and handling financial aspects of the sales process. The role involves interacting with clients to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations: Attend to visitor inquiries, provide detailed information about our projects, and guide potential buyers through the sales process.
  • Project Explanation: Clearly explain project details, including features, benefits, and pricing, to prospective clients.
  • Financial Details: Discuss and clarify financial aspects of the projects, including payment plans, financing options, and pricing structures.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive buying experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, project details, and financial aspects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
