Credit Process Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage document collection, data entry, and reporting for our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and verifying information from various sources, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibility:

1. Document Collection and Quality Assurance:
   

   • Collect required documents from different sources (internal departments, external agencies, etc.).
     
   • Verify and assess the quality of documents to ensure they meet the required standards for processing in the system.
     

2. Data Extraction and Entry:
   

   • Extract necessary details from collected documents and accurately enter the information into the system.
     
   • Maintain the integrity of data and ensure accuracy in all entries.
     

3. MIS Reporting:
   

   • Prepare, update, and publish MIS reports on a regular basis using MS Excel.
     
   • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to generate reports and analyze data as required.
     

4. Collaboration and Coordination:
   

   • Collaborate with credit, sales teams, and external agencies to resolve queries and ensure the timely receipt of documents.
     
   • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth document flow and adherence to deadlines.
