Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager with experience in handling business loans and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The ideal candidate will manage key relationships with DSAs, meet with partners, and handle client interactions via phone, ensuring smooth business loan processing. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent service to both partners and clients.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Business Loan Management: Manage end-to-end processes for business loan applications, including client onboarding, documentation, and loan disbursement.
DSA Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), ensuring they have the tools and support needed to promote business loans.
Partner Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with partners to understand their business needs, provide solutions, and drive loan sales through the partnership network.
Client Relationship Management: Handle client inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues related to business loans via calls and emails.
Sales and Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for business loans, both through DSAs and direct client engagement.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Market Research and Insights: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and recommend product improvements.
 

Required Candidate Profile: 

Qualifications: Graduate
Min years of experience: 1 year of banking/ NBFC/ Fintech 
Product Experience: Business Loan, Loan against property.
