Job Description:

We are looking for an AGM/Senior Manager – Acquisition to drive new business growth by onboarding SMEs, MSMEs, OEMs, and Manufacturing companies onto our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, an established network within the industrial ecosystem, and a proven track record of acquiring new business accounts.
This role is focused on identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term business partners while driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities
• Drive new customer acquisition across SMEs, MSMEs, OEMs, and Manufacturing companies.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential customers through field sales, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct customer meetings, understand procurement requirements, and position relevant business solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with business owners, procurement heads, plant heads, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category, Operations, Credit, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Monitor customer activation, initial transactions, and account growth post- acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records in CRM.


Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven experience in acquiring customers within the Steel, Industrial, Manufacturing, Building Materials, Engineering, or Industrial Distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of SME/MSME business operations and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
