Job Description:

 

  • Handling Payroll
  • Handling Policies & Procedures for the company.
  • Recruitments.
  • Employee Onboarding, Retention
  • PF / ESIC and other statutory compliances
  • Strategic HR Consulting
  • Monitor the HR department’s budget
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department


Required Skills  :- 

  • MBA/Bachelor Degree in HR
  • Experience: min. 3-5 years
  • Excellent English communication, both verbal & written
  • Excellent Knowledge of PF, ESIC & Other statutory compliances
  • Very good with Excel.
  • Must be Techno
