Job Description:

The Credit Analyst & Administrator will be responsible for supporting Australian mortgage processes, analyzing credit applications, assessing financial documents, and performing administrative tasks related to the mortgage process. You will collaborate closely with Australian lenders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of mortgage applications.


Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Australian mortgage applications and supporting documents (e.g., bank statements, tax returns, and payslips).
- Assess the creditworthiness of applicants and provide recommendations based on Australian lending guidelines.
- Process loan applications and ensure they are submitted accurately and on time.
- Communicate with Australian brokers and lenders to gather additional information or clarification when required.
- Maintain detailed records of all applications and their progress in the loan approval process.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating client files, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Keep up to date with Australian mortgage regulations and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and ensure operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years’ Experience in working with Australian lenders or mortgage brokers.
- Familiarity with credit scoring models and financial analysis tools.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit analysis or mortgage administration, preferably with Australian mortgages.
- Knowledge of Australian lending regulations, financial documentation, and credit policies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise effectively with Australian clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mortgage-related software systems.
- Availability to work in shifts to accommodate Australian business hours.
