Job Description:
- Customer Interaction - Counseling , Servicing , Enhance customer experience.
- Credit and Disbursement appraisal for Retail loan
- Use of systems/softwares to facilitate Disbursements & Activities related to Customer service
- In house Marketing of the company and its group company products.
- Coordination with channel as well as the customer for the Post Sanction process.
- Compliance to Company policies and process .
- Collection and verification of documents, as per process.
- Coordination with internal legal and technical teams .
- Basic legal appraisal.
Role Requirements :
- Good communication skills, Orientation for Customer Service
- Good Analytical skills
- Selling and Negotiating skills
- High Computer Literacy with good knowledge of Advanced Excel Applications.
- Good decision making skills
