Technical Analyst / Technical BA

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.

• Access and address technical risk.

• Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineer architect, developer, QA, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

• Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities (Fill RFPs).

• Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

• Investigate and assess customer technical issues related to the product and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with internal and customer teams where necessary.

• Create solution descriptions and provide effort estimation for request/change requests.

• Collaborate with solution architecture teams to ensure the operational aspects of a solution are aligned.

• Completely involved in performance and process optimization to ease product usage.  

• Provide expert support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.

• Experience navigating customer service issues with empathy and well explaining difficult technical problems in a manner the customer understands.

• Analyze competitors' products and explore new ways to improve the company’s products.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication styles with different audiences.

• Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
