Technical Analyst / Technical BA
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities will include:

Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.

Access and address technical risk.

Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineer architect, developer, QA, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities (Fill RFPs).

Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Investigate and assess customer technical issues related to the product and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with internal and customer teams where necessary.

Create solution descriptions and provide effort estimation for request/change requests.

Collaborate with solution architecture teams to ensure the operational aspects of a solution are aligned.

Completely involved in performance and process optimization to ease product usage.

Provide expert support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.

Experience navigating customer service issues with empathy and well explaining difficult technical problems in a manner the customer understands.

Analyze competitors' products and explore new ways to improve the company’s products.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication styles with different audiences.

Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.

Candidate currently working as BA must have past experience as a Java developer.
