Job Description:

Job Purpose:

The candidate will be responsible for bring new ideas to the table when it comes to branding, marketing and more. He/She will be involved in forming marketing strategies and seeing end to end execution of them.

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate Innovate ideas to create brand value and market the products of the company.
2.
Responsible for executing and planning Paid Digital Marketing initiatives
3. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, mass emails, social media, and display advertising campaigns

4. Designs, builds, and maintains our CRM and personalization campaigns

5. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

6. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

7. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

8. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

9. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points as well as form MIS from the data available.

10. Planning – In line with secondary sales target

Coordinate with Social Media Agencies to decide and implement SMM.

Identify opportunities for Industrial Fairs and Expos and negotiate company’s participation
13. Responsible for PR related activities

Run a lead generation process on identified customers through email, LinkedIn and cold calls to create interest and generate leads to achieve budgeted individual targets for technology Products / Solutions

Requisite Skills:

1. Proven track record in working in Marketing domain.
2. Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting

3. Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner in fluent English.

4. Working knowledge of CRM / ERP

5. Understanding of Social Media Marketing (Bonus if external - certifications for same are obtained)

6. Knowledge of analytics platform like google analytics, adobe analytics and more.

7.
Strong in tools of analysis and synthesis: Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides

Desired Skills:

1. Good Verbal & Written communication.
