Area Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are looking to hire Area Sales Manager to develop sales of FMCG products in Mumbai for a leading FMCG B2B  Ecommerce Company .

• Generate revenue from an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. They manage and lead Field Sales Representatives, conduct sales territory analyses, and close sales
• Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
• Connect with wholesalers , distributors and retailers and make them understand how the App is a direct platform to connect with manufactures 
• Describe the multiple products to wholesalers ,distributors and retailers .
• Onboard new buyers in respective categories
• Manage the P&L of the respective area and the category .
• Proper Induction of the New Joiners
• Supervision of employees and their functioning Employee Motivation
• Stock inventory management
• Setting service standards and implementation of standards
• Should have experience in Team Management and Distributor Management
• Handling the distributor's and maintaining sales.
• Working with the marketing team in developing and implementing business.
• Analysis of competitor's product as well as their strategies.
• Responsible for taking order and also for supply, payment and also for making new order.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Candidate profile:

Minimum 5 years experience with Food /FMCG Companies.

• Thorough knowledge about the market under consideration
• Basic Computer Skills
• Fluent in local language
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
