Tele Sales Associate

Job Description:

What you will be doing:

• Should be able to handle outbound and inbound calls (30 - 40) calls per day.
• Reaching out to new customers with the help of the bank team and explaining to them the benefits of products, supporting them for registration and solving the complaints.
• Understand customer’s requirements and provide them with solutions as per their needs.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Maintain and report changes and updates with ground level banking relationship.

What you’ll bring along:

• 6 months to 1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales. Even freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
