Job Description:

As an Insurance Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses. You will be tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. The goal is to achieve sales targets, contribute to the growth of the insurance agency, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Utilize marketing materials and promotional strategies to generate leads and attract potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and financial situations.
  • Analyze and evaluate the risks involved and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of various insurance products, including, health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and other relevant policies.
  • Clearly communicate complex insurance concepts to clients and address their questions or concerns.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and coverage provided by the insurance products.
  • Customize presentations based on individual client needs and preferences
  • Provide accurate quotes for insurance policies based on clients' requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals outlining coverage, terms, and premiums.
  • Engage in negotiation to secure favourable terms for clients while ensuring the profitability of the company.
  • Effectively close sales and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to optimize performance.
  • Adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience minimum 2 years in insurance Sales industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Proficient in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
