Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes in the construction industry, leveraging strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Utilize advanced Excel functions and other analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze data related to construction project performance, costs, and timelines.
  4. Develop and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting, budgeting, and project tracking purposes.
  5. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings effectively to key stakeholders.
  6. Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing strategic insights for optimizing construction processes.
  8. Support project managers, engineers, and finance professionals with analytical support for decision-making.
  9. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members on Excel usage and analytics best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors in Civil (Tier2/Tier3 College),
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the E-commerce/construction industry with a focus on analytics.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
