  • Take ownership of the brand's performance campaigns.
  • Manage all stages of the campaign lifecycle from ideation to media planning to execution, optimization and performance analysis.
  • Campaign management experience on Meta, Google, and YouTube is a must. Programmatic, and Publishers Network is a plus.
  • Formulating and executing the CRM strategy aimed at increasing traffic, retargeting, repeat purchases, reducing churn and cross-selling by working closely with the Marketing, Product, Tech and Ops teams.
  • Lead loyalty efforts - understanding and mapping user behaviour (immersions, profiling) piloting and experimenting with the construct and final rollout.
  • Monitor performance of each digital platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new channels and scale them if performance is in line with KPIs.
  • Plan and manage the execution of monthly performance, emailer and promotions calendar.
  • Leverage data and analytics to understand user behaviour and transaction/search patterns.
  • Optimize install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of performance campaigns.
  • Identify the latest trends, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of the competitors on the digital landscape.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability and should be good at number crunching to evaluate campaign performance across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • End-to-end execution of brand digital campaigns from sourcing plans, getting the PO done, getting the creative done from the agency, running the campaign, optimising, preparing the reports and getting the invoices and.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, MailChimp or any other email marketing software.

 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidate must have 5 years of experience in e-commerce/digital/Performance marketing whereas Min 4 Years of Experience in Performance Marketing managing Beauty/cosmetics, Home textile, Home Décor, Aesthetics brands, worked in Digital/performance marketing top agencies etc.

Good Communication and analytics skills. Well-versed in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.

Good decision-making and interpersonal skills.
