Job Title: Area Sales Manager

This role requires a strong focus on managing and expanding the distribution network, establishing and maintaining solid relationships with retailers and distributors, and ensuring that sales targets and business objectives are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Maintain and increase sales of the company’s products.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies to enhance product penetration and visibility.
- Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and effective stock management.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and motivate members to reach targets.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of market changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry, specifically in General Trade.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
