Job Description:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee & worker inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Provide guidance and information to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Support HR audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  • Perform task as per allocated by the reporting manager and authorities.
  • Ensure the submission of HR related documentation and filing work of employees & workers timely.
  • Visit and audit the plant in accordance with HR protocol.

Requred Skills: 

  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and other relevant tools.
