Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee & worker inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide guidance and information to employees on compensation and benefits-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Support HR audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and monitor occupational health and safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Perform task as per allocated by the reporting manager and authorities.
- Ensure the submission of HR related documentation and filing work of employees & workers timely.
- Visit and audit the plant in accordance with HR protocol.
Requred Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and other relevant tools.
