Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Develop and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand visibility.

∙Drive lead generation campaigns using digital channels.

∙Manage the lead conversion process – track, nurture, and convert leads into opportunities in coordination with the sales team.

∙Maintain and optimize lead databases using CRM tools.

∙Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities.

∙Oversee creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.

∙Experience in Odoo CRM, SEO, and content management (especially reels and videos for influencer marketing) will be highly preferred.

∙Develop strategies for SEO and content marketing to enhance online presence.

∙Plan and manage participation in exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

∙Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

∙Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.

∙Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools.

∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

∙Creative thinker with strong project and team management skills.

∙Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
