Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, including dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Present and promote dermatology products and services over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions and sales progress.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with dermatology products or medical sales is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
