Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operational activities, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, HR MIS, and reports
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for onboarding and induction processes
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave
  • Support payroll processing by sharing accurate monthly inputs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Assist in performance management processes, confirmations, and appraisals
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors for background verification, ID cards, and HR-related services
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and discipline
  • Knowledge of payroll inputs and basic labour laws is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in corporate, KPO, BPO, or service-based organisations
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
