Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, handling client interactions, performing basic research, and assisting with promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management:

    • Maintain and manage the appointments and schedules of directors.
    • Ensure timely coordination and reminders for meetings and engagements.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Handle walk-in clients at the front desk, providing a warm and professional reception.
    • Provide accurate information to clients about the services offered by the company.
  • Client Follow-Up:

    • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries.
    • Maintain a record of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Research and Data Entry:

    • Perform basic research to support various projects and initiatives.
    • Accurately enter and manage data in the company’s systems.
  • Social media assistance:

    • Assist with the planning and execution of social media promotions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and engagement.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Young female graduate
  • · Good Communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati)
  • · Ability to work with basic computer application software and the Internet
