Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies for complex features across manual, regression, and automation suites.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise automated test cases using qEngine or equivalent frameworks.
- Perform API testing, database validation, and cross-browser/device compatibility testing.
- Execute load/performance tests and basic security validations.
- Participate in release readiness and provide risk-based assessments.
- Mentor junior QAs and enforce best practices in test design and execution.
Requirements
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on with qEngine or similar automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Exposure to load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, Locust) and basic security testing (e.g., OWASP concepts).
- Familiar with CI/CD integration of test suites.
- Comfortable with Jira, Bitbucket, branching workflows, and collaborating with Dev/DevOps.
- Knowledge of testing in AWS-hosted environments (e.g., S3, CloudFront, EC2-based apps)
