Job Description:
Seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead offline expansion efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of Associate Sales Managers, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Associate BDMs (ABDMs), and Counsellors, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and excellence in customer engagement. You will be directly responsible for managing the sales funnel, coaching your team, and implementing scalable processes to support growth in new territories.
Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Funnel Management
- End-to-end ownership of sales funnels: Lead qualification → demo → conversion → retention.
- Track and optimize metrics like Lead-to-Demo %, Demo-to-Sale %, CAC, Attrition, and Revenue per Counsellor.
- Develop sales forecasting models to accurately predict revenue and plan resources.

Strategic Planning & Execution
- Create territory expansion strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify demand, competition, and new offline growth opportunities.
- Define short-term and long-term sales roadmaps, ensuring scalability.
- Handling Office visits & Taking end-to-end responsibility of office visits → counselling sessions → admission process for parents & students.

Team & Leadership
- Manage a team of Managers + ABDMs + Counsellors with strong people-first leadership.
- Conduct leadership style analysis within the team; coach managers to improve team effectiveness.
- Establish data-driven performance reviews and corrective action planning.

Operational Excellence
- Implement process improvements in funnel management and sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing ,Lead Generation, Product, Operations) to Improve efficiency and align on business goals .
- Handle escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–6 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in EdTech / Education / High-ticket B2C sales.
- Strong experience in managing Managers/ABDMs + frontline counsellors with a track record of driving revenue outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills in English + regional language (Kannada ,Tamil , Hindi, Marathi,Odiya)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, build funnels, and implement actionable insights.
- Strong coaching mindset with empathy, patience, and people-first leadership.
- High resilience and determination to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Work Location & Working Days
- Work from ( Gujarat/ Bangalore/Odissa/ Tamil Nadu / Maharashtra depending on territory).
- Timings 11:00AM - 9:00pm & Saturday Weekoff
