E-commerce Executive
Job Description:
Role Overview:
The E-commerce Executive will manage online sales operations across marketplaces and the company website, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate product listings, and performance optimisation to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio Mart and Meesho website, etc.).
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with logistics partners.
Track sales performance, promotions, and discounts to improve conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Analyse marketplace reports and prepare sales and performance MIS.
Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue updates and new product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
Good understanding of online sales operations and order management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
