Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in
day-to-day coordination, reporting, and project tracking activities. This role is ideal for an early-career
professional who is eager to learn, develop organisational and project management skills, and work
closely with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Coordination
○ Assist in coordinating with hiring partners and internal stakeholders for follow-ups and
information sharing.
○ Maintain communication records and ensure timely updates.
2. Project Status Tracking & Reporting
○ Prepare basic project status reports and trackers under guidance.
○ Consolidate updates from teams and share structured summaries with the Owner.
3. Excel-Based Reporting & Documentation
○ Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and simple dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
○ Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
4. Jira & Task Tracking Support
○ Update tasks, statuses, and comments in Jira as instructed.
○ Assist in monitoring task progress and escalating delays when required.
5. Basic Project Management Assistance
○ Support basic project management activities such as task follow-ups, meeting notes, and
timeline tracking.
○ Help ensure adherence to processes and documentation standards.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
● Familiarity with Jira or willingness to learn.
● Basic understanding of project coordination or management concepts.
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
