Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will study how the business works and how
technology supports it to identify gaps and improve processes. You will
work with multiple teams to understand customer needs, help make key
decisions, and provide clear solutions to business problems.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business
requirements for products.
● Develop comprehensive documentation that clearly outlines business
processes and system designs.
● Create wireframes and mockups for application user interfaces, as needed.
● Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure
platform capabilities meet business needs.
● Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce
operational bottlenecks.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating project updates,
milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
● Develop detailed artifacts, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance
criteria, process flows, data mappings, and integration specifications
● Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, compliant, and
seamless customer experiences
● Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and
presales/marketing teams, to ensure project success.

Preferred Qualifications:
● 7+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role
● Advanced proficiency in Agile Business Analysis methodologies
● Strong experience in custom application development, software design, and
solution architecture
● Proficiency with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or
similar platforms
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong logical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
