Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Kotlin and Java
- Implement UI/UX designs as per business requirements
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
- Work with MVVM/MVC architecture and Android Jetpack components
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues
- Optimise application performance and ensure responsiveness
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Java
- Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of app lifecycle, performance optimisation, and memory management
