Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of a UK-focused Workpaper Software solution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UK tax compliance, accounting workflows, and workpaper preparation processes.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with UK market requirements, adheres to regulatory standards, and delivers value to accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product roadmap for UK Tax Workpaper Software.

Conduct market and competitor research within the UK accounting industry.

Translate UK tax requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver user-friendly software solutions.

Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements.

Stay updated with UK tax laws and HMRC compliance requirements.

Represent the product internally and externally to stakeholders.

Support integrations with UK accounting and bookkeeping platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

ACCA, CA, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Strong knowledge of UK tax laws (Individual, Corporate, Partnership).

Experience in tax or accounting software (UK market Mandate).

Ability to convert complex tax regulations into functional software features.

Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
