Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for documentation, data entry, Excel reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records, files, and documentation in digital and physical formats.
Perform data entry and manage reports using MS Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Verify and process documents accurately as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates.
Maintain MIS reports and track operational activities.
Assist in invoice processing, record keeping, and document verification.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Handle emails and basic communication related to back-office work.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table – preferred).
Good typing speed and data entry skills.
Basic understanding of documentation and record maintenance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
