Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who will manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, performance coordination, and exit management.
This role offers strong exposure to complete HR generalist activities and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Conduct screening interviews and support offer finalization
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
• Facilitate induction and employee orientation
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Monitor attendance and leave records
• Support HR compliance and policy implementation
Employee Engagement & Relations
• Drive engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
• Ensure fair and timely resolution of grievances
Exit Management
• Manage notice period tracking and exit formalities
• Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full & final settlement
• Maintain exit data and analyze trends
