and wireless access points to ensure secure and high-performance connectivity.

• Ensure all laptops, servers, and internal systems are patched regularly and compliant with
company security policies.
• Lead the internal IT support and helpdesk function, ensuring timely resolution of employee
technical issues and maintaining internal service level agreements for support requests.
• Continuously evaluate and improve internal IT infrastructure to support scalability, security,
and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, preferably within a technology or
software-driven organisation.
• Strong hands-on experience managing both Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows
environments in enterprise settings.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewall management,
routing, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Extensive experience administering SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace and identity
systems like Microsoft Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience managing virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and vCenter for
internal infrastructure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to support fast-growing engineering teams.

Benefits:
• Health and wellness benefits.
• Professional development opportunities and exposure to global technology products.
• Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
